CAN THE STONES BE CHANGED?
Yes, Stones can be changed on request.

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL TIP FOR MAINTAINING THE JEWELRY?
To prolong the life of your jewellery, our customers are recommended to keep it wrapped in a piece of soft cloth or tissue. Avoiding jewellery contact with water and perfume spray will also help prolong its life.

WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN MY CART, IS THE ITEM RESERVED FOR ME?
To ensure the item is added to your order, you must complete the order and make payment ( Overseas Customers ).

What are the delivery charges?
It’s Free/- nation wide for international charges you can contact us it varies as per country.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time is between 3 to 6 working days for domestic orders (from within Pakistan). It is 7-15 working days for International orders.

What are the shipping charges?

Free delivery for orders across Pakistan. For international orders, customer bears the shipping and handling costs. The shipping charges, for international customers, are calculated at checkout according to the customer’s location. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Do you offer cash refunds?

No, we do not. In case of size (Bangle/Ring) issues or damaged product, we offer exchange.

Is there Cash on Delivery for International orders?

No, we do not offer COD services for International orders. International customers need to pay in advance either via bank transfer or Master/Visa card online. We use a very secure internet banking options.

What are the terms and conditions for International orders?

For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.

International orders take 7-15 working days for delivery.

Also, note the following for international orders:

* Once you add your items to the shopping cart and proceed for checkout, enter your address and country for delivery.


* At the time of checkout, delivery charges will be calculated according to your location and added to the final billable amount.


* Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).

*No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders
